Megan Fleming

Energy Equine Pharmacy Technician – RVT

Megan Fleming, RVT grew up in Calgary, where her love of animals started at a young age — horses, in particular, captured her heart after doing pony rides at the Calgary Stampede, and she has been hooked ever since. She began her career as a Veterinary Medical Receptionist, graduating in 2005, and later went on to pursue her passion for animal care by completing the Olds College RVT program in 2009. Since then, she has worked in small animal, mixed, and equine practices, taking on a variety of roles throughout her career. Having previously worked at Energy, she decided to return in the pharmacy role because she truly enjoys the team and the supportive culture of the clinic. This position allows her to stay connected to the veterinary industry she loves - just in a different capacity. In her spare time, she loves to travel, ride and show her horse, and spend as much time outdoors as possible - whether that’s paddle boarding in the summer or cross-country skiing in the winter

In my limited free time I enjoy being outdoors, watching and playing sports,
