LOUISA NICHOLLS
Practice Manager
Louisa was pulled to Energy Equine for a variety of reasons, including the company’s over-arching focus on the equine athlete, innovative and collaborative outlook and the fact the team isn't scared to be unique! Louisa first joined the company in 2018 as the Director of Marking, and moved into the Practice Manager role in 2020 where she oversee's the strategic vision of the practice, as well as day-to-day function. Personally, Louisa shows cutting horses and enjoys spending time with her husband, and beloved dog, Cash.

LEAH CAMPBELL
Synergy Equine Inventory & Pharmacy Coordinator
Leah Campbell grew up in the Foothills of Alberta, where horses became a huge part of her life, from riding in the hills moving cattle, to competing in rodeo, she became a long-time client of Energy Equine. A graduate of the BC College of Equine Sports Therapy, Leah spent many years working in dressage and showjumping barns, where we crossed paths often before she officially joined our team in 2020. Leah has been at Synergy Equine since day one of our official opening and has become a familiar, friendly face while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes as Inventory & Pharmacy Coordinator. Known for her enthusiasm and ever-present smile, she brings both heart and dedication to everything she does.

LEAH JONES
Synergy Equine Receptionist
Leah Jones grew up in the Crowsnest Pass on a ranch where her love of horses started. She has since raised her daughter Justise, who recently started her 3rd year of University in Colorado, and, not suprisingly, is part of the rodeo team. Leah enjoys raising and training her own barrel racing horses, and has done so for the last 20 plus years. Being a client of Energy Equine, when an opportunity arose, she took a chance, applied, and the rest is history!

KYLIE MORRISON
Energy Equine Receptionist
Kylie grew up in Calgary and has a large background with different disciplines in the equine industry. She has experience managing equine boarding facilities, trail riding and veterinary barns. Previously she worked in small animal medicine but decided to switch to equine due to her passion for horses. As a former client of Energy, she jumped on the opportunity to join the team! When she is not at the clinic or the barn, she can be found out in the mountains with her mare Zaraya, or spending time with her family and friends.

TRISTA BACON
Energy Equine Receptionist
I grew up in the hunter/jumper as well as eventing world competing and selling show horses. I have worked at barns since I was 12, as well as worked as an FEI groom for a few years. I’ve done two years of a natural science undergrad, then had a career change which took me to Olds College to complete my VMR program. And then I will be starting Tech school at Olds in the fall!
I chose to work at EE because of my passion for horses and interest in working as a tech in the equine vet industry.
